A cup of coffee in the morning is not enough for your body to provide the energy it needs to kick start the morning. You may feel that your are fully awake, but in reality its just the caffeine stressing your heart and body to squeeze out the energy from the day and night before. It gives you the illusion of being full of energy, specially if you added sugar to your coffee. Eat breakfast, specially one with lots of fiber. Eat cereals, wheat bread, yogurt and fruits. You may drink some coffee to ease the transition, but no more that one cup, you’ll notice that breakfast is more rewarding than just a cup of coffee.
